You fly to Lisbon on your own. It is useful to purchase a Lisbon pass, which gives you free access to public transport and various museums. In addition, the pass allows you to get discounts at a number of shops and places of interest. Some of the sights in Lisbon, which are definitely worth a visit, are: Torre Belém, Ponte 25 de Abril and Castelo São Jorge. It is also highly recommended to take the old tram 2 to explore Lisbon. Through narrow streets and curves, this tram leads you through the different districts of Lisbon. There is a good chance that you will hear Fado music in the background. This music genre originated in Lisbon and is often played live on terraces, bars and restaurants.
