The day before the half marathon. This day is free to spend. On this day, however, you will need to pick up the bib number for the half marathon. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the city or surroundings. Do remember to get a good night's sleep as you will obviously need to perform tomorrow in order to run the Half Marathon properly.
