The International Marathon Font Vella Lanzarote is an annual event at the end of the year. For the runner who is looking for a sporty challenge with pleasant weather conditions in December, Lanzarote will be the right destination! Participants in the Lanzarote Marathon start at Costa Teguise, then run along the coast past Arrecife to Los Pocillos. Here, the marathon runners turn around and run the same route back to Costa Teguise, where the finish is located. The challenging course has regular elevation changes, which makes it an exciting run. The half marathon and the 10 km are also a possibility here.
