As the capital of the German federal state Bayern, Munich eagerly propagates Bavarian culture. The city is known for its folk festivals and the typical Bavarian culture. The city has a rich history, which gives a very interesting insight into the development of the city from the time of the Habsburgs to the Second World War. In one of the many beer gardens you can toast to your trip to the city in a traditional setting and take a pleasant walk in the beautiful city gardens of the English Garden. In addition to the traditional side, Munich also has trendy museums and shops that offer space for both innovation and tradition.
