The race

The Asics Stockholm Marathon is one of the biggest marathons in Europe! The route through the Swedish capital is known as enchanting. On the way the participants will come across many sights like the Royal Palace and Stortorget. The magical attraction of this event is undoubtedly the finish in the Olympic Stadium. Moreover, the beautiful atmosphere in which all this takes place is a real experience for the runners. With a few small differences in altitude along the way, the runners will cross the different islands in Stockholm towards the finish line!

Välkommen till Stockholm or; Welcome to Stockholm! You will fly to Stockholm today and make your own way to hotel West Western Fridhemsplan. You still have time to discover the beautiful Swedish capital. There is a huge amount to experience here! Stockholm is a beautiful city located on several islands. Gamla Stan is the most famous of these islands, with its old city centre and characteristic houses. A visit to one of the many museums in Djurgården, such as the Vasa Museum or Abba Museum are absolute must-sees!

The big day! The moment of the journey has arrived. The starting gun of the Stockholm Marathon will sound today. At the stroke of 12:00 you will start and you can start enjoying the atmosphere and the beautiful course of this marathon. Afterwards, you will receive a nice medal as a souvenir of this special experience.

The last day of the running journey! The day after the marathon, you can enjoy your outstanding performance. This day, you will need to go to the airport on your own for the return flight.
