The race

One of the most atmospheric marathons in the world is the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon. This is the oldest city run in Germany and is certainly at the top of the list of many runners. The route of the Frankfurt Marathon runs straight through the heart of the city, along the banks of the Main and the fascinating skyline of Frankfurt. Along the way the runners pass, among others, the famous districts of Sachsenhausen and Höchst. This means a beautiful, fast and flat route. After 42 kilometers, the runners arrive at the last 195 meters in the Festhalle, where a red carpet has been rolled out for the runners!

You will be staying at the Mercure Hotel & Residenz Frankfurt Messe (****), where you can check in on arrival. Today you need to collect your start number at the expo. In addition, you will also have plenty of time to get to know Frankfurt better!
