Globalrunning.com, part of Rho-Delta Travel B.V. (hereinafter: "Globalrunning.com"), attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. Personal data are carefully processed and secured. Our data processing complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means, among other things, that we:

- Telephone number
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Contact details of those staying at home
The above data will be used for the following purposes:
- To provide the travel products;
- To inform you about travel products.
- To answer questions asked via, for example, the website.
We will not use the personal data for other purposes, unless you have given us your prior consent or unless we are allowed or required to do so by law.
During the booking process, you will be asked to provide details of people staying at home. We assume that you will inform the people at home yourself that we have their details in our possession and will only use them in the event of an emergency.
Storage periods
Touch Travel will retain your data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this privacy and cookie statement and to comply with legal obligations with respect to taxation. After that the personal data will be removed.
Newsletter
We may, if you have given us permission, contact you by e-mail and send you our newsletter. An unsubscribe option will be included with each communication in this way.
Provision to third parties
In order to provide you with the best possible service and travel product, it may be necessary to make your personal data available to our suppliers or third parties who will provide the final products and services you have booked with us. We will never provide your personal data to persons or companies without your permission unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you have concluded with us or if this is legally required or permitted. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our services, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
Security
We take appropriate security measures to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data as much as possible.

This privacy statement was last updated on 26 March 2018 and has version number 2.0. We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. Changes will be published on this website. It is recommended that you consult this statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
Your rights
If you have provided us with personal data, you can send us a request to view, change, limit or remove these data. You can also send us a request to have your data sent to you in digital format ("data portability"). And you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You can submit a request via privacy@touchtravel.nl. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately.
We do not use automated decision-making.
If you have any complaints about our processing of your personal data, please let us know via privacy@touchtravel.nl. We will then contact you. If you are still not satisfied, you always have the right to contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
