Please note that we do not participate in the voluntary resolution of consumer disputes. For all travel agreements concluded in electronic commerce, we refer to the European platform for online dispute resolution http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform ensures that your complaint is submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution committee. In the Netherlands, this is the Geschillencommissie Reizen (see www.sgr.nl), to which Globalrunning.com, as an ANVR member, is automatically affiliated. The Geschillencommissie Reizen is acknowledged by the European Commission as a neutral body for alternative dispute resolution, as referred to above. It is also possible to file a complaint directly with the Geschillencommissie Reizen:
