Enjoy all that Reykjavik has to offer on your way to the finish. During the race, participants will enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the beautiful landscapes of Reykjavik. The route runs across the beautiful Tjörnin Lake in the old city centre. Here you can see the modern city hall which is located halfway in the lake. The route continues to a suburb of Reykjavik, Seltjarnarnes, where the very first lookout point in Iceland is built. From this point, you also have a magnificent view of the sea. Between the sights, you will see many of the city's inner streets.

You will fly to Reykjavik on your own and then make your own way to your hotel. The first evening in beautiful Reykjavik is yours to fill in as you see fit. For example, you may choose to explore Reykjavik's culinary scene, where there are more than 350(!) restaurants.

You will wake up at the 3-star hotel after which you can have a delicious breakfast at the included breakfast package. On this day, you do need to collect your start ticket. The rest of the day you can enjoy the various sights in downtown or the suburbs of Reykjavik. You can choose from over 300 tours to visit the 43 sights and monuments.

The day of the marathon, half marathon and 10km! You can enjoy the breakfast package again before getting ready to hit the starting blocks. In the morning, the race begins, taking you past the most beautiful places in Reykjavik. Facilities will be offered at various places so that you don't lack anything during the race

A well-deserved rest day that you may arrange yourself with a lazy day or an active day around the city. From the organisation, participants have free access to Reykjavik's geothermal baths on the day of the race and the day after. A great opportunity to take a well-earned rest after yesterday's achievement!

The very last day of the trip. You will head to the airport on your own for the return trip. After this trip, you will be a medal and a unique experience richer!
