Marathon trips in Madrid

The Spanish capital Madrid is a mixture of a businesslike and frivolous atmosphere. Business centres are mixed with cosy squares and streets where you can enjoy food and drink. In and around the intimate city centre there are many places of interest that can be reached surprisingly easily both by foot and public transport. The central square Puerta del Sol, the Palacio Real or the Prado Museum are some of them. The symbol of the city is the bear on the Madroño tree, whose statue is a meeting point for many people. Outside the centre you will find trendy neighbourhoods like Chueca and the artistic Malasaña. In general Madrid is a versatile and above all atmospheric city!
